Teraquant is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado with offices in Colorado Springs. Established in 2001, we are employee-owned and have no external investors. On average, we bring about 30 years of experience in the IT industry each. We exist to empower our customers to build real-time services/UC using their own infrastructure, and we are here to help you as much or as little as you need. We bring solutions for next-generation infrastructure and predictive analytics to Voice/Video/UC service delivery for communication service providers and enterprises. Teraquant initially introduced Palladion/EOM/OCOM, the now famous VoIP Service Assurance & Monitoring software into North America in 2008. Now Oracle has asked Teraquant to help them bring the advantages of carrier-class mature and hardened products such as the much admired Acme Packet Session Border Controllers. Richard Jobson

Founder and President

After many years with leaders in network testing such as GN Nettest and HP/Agilent, Richard founded Teraquant, a rare kind of communications solution company in 2001. Teraquant teamed with Malden in 2005 and brought unmatched expertise to the USA and Canada in speech quality measurement techniques and achieving communication clarity. Teraquant partnered with a startup company called QuadTex, producing a SIP Simulator, grew revenue and sold that company to Spirent in 2006.

Steve joined Teraquant Corporation in 2010 to provide a focus for the customer support operation. With over 30 years of experience at AT&T/Lucent Bell Laboratories, he has a broad background in telecommunications, software development, technical sales support, and network architecture.
