FRAFOS ABC SBC

The ABC Session Border Controller (SBC) can be configured for VoIP service providers and enterprises. It is a highly scalable SBC designed to run on top of high-end hardware as well as on virtual machines. The ABC SBC enables VoIP providers to gradually scale up their infrastructure at low cost and also covers the needs of enterprises of all sizes. The ABC allows you to intuitively visualize the rules and functions of your call flows.

The ABC Session Border Controller not only offers secure session border control, signaling mediation and call routing but also advanced media server applications. The ABC SBC is the first Session Border Controller that was designed to scale horizontally as well as vertically by either scaling the performance of the used hardware or the number of used installations. Any installation can be replicated, upgraded and moved between data centers, public or private clouds. Each SBC supports up to 5,000 concurrent calls (10,000 sessions) as well as RESTful interfaces and integrates smoothly with ABC WebRTC.

FRAFOS ABC SBC VM

The ABC SBC VM is designed to address the needs of operators and service providers planning to migrate their VoIP infrastructure to a cloud-based solution. The ABC SBC VM includes all the features of the ABC SBC, conveniently delivered as a pre-installed Virtual Machine (VM) or software package.

FRAFOS WEBRTC GATEWAY

The WebRTC Gateway is an exciting new technology that enables integrating real-time applications such as VoIP or video-conferencing directly into the browser. By deploying WebRTC, it is possible to make browser-to-browser video calls, for example, without requiring any extra applications, additional software, softphones or proprietary plug-ins.

The ABC WebRTC Gateway is a software-based solution that can either be deployed as part of the ABC SBC, or as a standalone solution. The ABC WebRTC Gateway functions as a virtualized or on-the-box software solution that can support more than 5,000 concurrent calls when used with off-the-shelf hardware.

  • ABC WebRTC Gateway uses a well-defined API (XML, SOAP, …) to write the additional information into the CRM system.
  • Call and profile data are synchronized using the same key (eg: caller identity).
  • ​Use, for example, account data as the call identity.
  • When receiving a call, either:
  • ​The call center worker uses the caller identity as the access key to the CRM.
  • The call center telephony application uses the caller identity to access the CRM directly.
