Teraquant, a member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced it has achieved Service Expertise in the Cloud Service Track. Teraquant can now setup Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC) and Oracle Enterprise Communications Broker (ECB) on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) globally.
